Dress Me Up is an independent cottage industry located in Victoria British Columbia, Canada. When you purchase from this website you are supporting our small, independent company directly. Thank you for choosing to buy hand made! If you have any questions about our products, please be in touch before ordering as we offer exchanges only. Exchange information is found below.

Currency, Taxes, Customs & Duties

All prices are in Canadian dollars. US Customers may find up to 20% off depending on the day’s exchange rate. Visit www.XE.com for an estimate of the current exchange rates.
5% GST will be calculated on all Canadian orders and an additional 7% will be calculated on all British Columbian orders to reflect the HST. These taxes will be automatically added at the time of checkout.
Any customs and / or duties are the responsibility of the Customer.

Payment

Payment is required in full before your order is shipped. We process payments via PayPal gateway – it’s fast, easy and highly regarded for its security and customer service. PayPal accepts all major credit cards and you don’t have to have a PayPal account.

Phone Orders

Please call +1 (250) 896-9313 if you would like to place your order by phone. Payment methods accepted for phone orders are: PayPal, VISA, MasterCard, Canadian Money Order, or if a local (Victoria BC) pick up order by Cash or Cheque. Payment is required in full before your order ships.

Exchanges

Due to the one of a kind, handmade nature of our products we are able to provide exchanges only. If you are not satisfied with a purchase you made on DressMeUp.ca, please be in touch and we will work together to find the perfect exchange item. We are not able to provide refunds and do not offer returns except in the unlikely event of defective product, and only when we first approve the return. Shipping the product back to Dress Me Up for an exchange is the responsibility of the Customer. The replacement product shipping cost will be paid by Dress Me Up. Please contact us with any questions, and do not ship exchanges without prior approval.

All text and images found on this site are property of Tressa Brotsky and Dress Me Up. Images may be reproduced for personal use only (ie. your blog) if we, the source, are credited. Images and / or text may not be used for retail purposes, online or otherwise, without express prior consent. Requests for image use must be made each time for each use.

The images on our organic soft toys and the embroidery stitching on our organic linens and Teething Bonbon^® are Tressa Brotsky’s original artwork and are not to be reproduced under any circumstances. Teething Bonbon^® is a Registered Trademark, Industrial Design Registration Protected, and Design Patent Protected.
