We do ship to destinations outside of Canada and the USA. Please contact us to request a shipping quote to your location.
Local customer?
If you are in Victoria BC and want to arrange pick up of your order instead of paying for shipping, please select “Pick Up” at the time of checkout. We’ll follow up with pick up times and details.
Tracking and Insurance
- Orders within Canada are shipped Canada Post Expedited and automatically include Tracking and $100 Insurance.
- Orders to the USA are shipped with Canada Post Small Packet Air and DO NOT automatically include tracking and insurance.
- If would like tracking or insurance added or increased, please be in touch for the rates.
Packaging
As a small cottage industry, we are work to balance shipping expenses while striving to be competitive. We use recycled packaging when possible and ship our soft toys and larger items in boxes to ensure that orders arrive in tip-top condition.
Shipping Terms
- Dress Me Up will not be held responsible for lost or damaged parcels. Please contact us to purchase additional Insurance if you are concerned about loss or damages.
- Out-of-Canada Customers are responsible for all customs and/or duties.
- All orders ship once full payment has been received.
